Frozen Bubbles

My three-year-old and I braved the slightly warmer temperatures for about fifteen minutes this morning to see what bubbles look like when they freeze. It was super fun! All of our bubbles were buried with our summer stuff in the basement so we mixed up this recipe: 3 cups water 1 cup dish soap 1/2 corn syrup

We also couldn’t find any of our bubble wands so we improvised with a slotted kitchen spatula, a slotted spoon, and couple of mason jar lid rings.

The mason jar rings were cool because they started to form crystals right away.
